These pieces result from my interpretation of the world.
The colours, textures and the shapes are inspired by various beautiful landscapes, the tones changing through time, and the mineral textures that always attract my hands. I put into my work all the emotions felt during those sensory explorations and I aim to portray them by using clay in an instinctive way.

The traditional coiling and throwing techniques are reinterpreted to create unique curved, asymmetrical yet balanced pots, giving the impression it is growing. The rusticity contrasts with elegance as a metaphor of the fragility and the strengths found in life and nature. Glazes are brushed in a spontaneous way reminiscent of a painter's gestures.
